 Fitness Class Descriptions

 

FITSTEPS

Latin and ballroom dances combined with proven fitness techniques, to give you fast fitness results, with a heap of fun thrown in.

 

BOOT CAMP

Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.

 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

The ultimate all round workout incorporating both aerobic and strength training.

 

HIIT

 

High Intensity Interval Training. The perfect way to build muscle and burn fat through periods of intense full body exercise broken up by periods of low intensity exersion or rest. 

 

FITBALL

 

 A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability, co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment. 

 

FITNESS PILATES

This class concentrates primarily on developing strong stomach and back muscles, and also involves stretching and relaxation. Pilates can help relieve back problems as well as improving posture and flexibility.

 

KICKBOXING

Providing a full body workout that targets improvement in both cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone. Regular kickboxing will work all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic environment achieving improved balance, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence.

 

 SPIN FIT

An Indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Mix your resistance, speed and intensity and burn up to 800 calories per class; a phenomenal workout! 

 

TAI CHI

A Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance and health.

 

DANCEFIT

A program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.
