To book your class you'll need to:

  • download the GymSync app (available on both the App Store and Google Play)
  • create your profile
  • find us by searching for 'Ross Peers Sports Centre'
  • simply select the class you'd like to book!

Hybrid Fitness
A mixture of strength training, fat burning and muscle building class to hit all of the key areas of fitness. Intended for all abilities as we teach movements as well as getting a sweat on and getting stronger at the same time. It's never too late to try something new!
DanceFit
A high energy workout all choreographed to exciting latin themed music. A real fun environment to improve your cardio fitness and coordination. 
Spinning
Using static bikes, this class will focus on your cardio fitness. Varied resistance on the bike means you are in control of how hard you work. Non-weight bearing and high intensity for a hugely efficient workout.
Boxercise
Using fitness techniques utilised by boxers such as, hitting pads, hitting punch bags and other fast paced exercises, come and have fun by getting fit without getting hit!
Pilates
Full body exercises set to improve core strength. Focusing on posture, balance and flexibility, this class is a great way to supplement your other training.
Gentle Exercise to Music
A class intended to be slower paced and aimed at absolutely anyone whether you struggle to get up and going, are struggling with fitness or just want to try something new. Join Nicola for a class with low impact but will still get you moving!
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training sees quick bursts of intense exercise broken up by active recovery periods for a hugely efficient workout. Monday's focus on core strength and Thursdays aim to smash your whole body and burn through as many calories as possible! 
Pilates: Strength and Stretch
This class is going to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you tone, sculpt and lengthen muscles.
Total Body Tone
A class focused on toning up the areas you most want to! This fitness class will get your full body moving and work up a sweat
